Since 2021, our Featured ADS-B Feeder series has highlighted the passionate individuals powering AirNav Radar’s global flight tracking network. This month, we’re featuring Tales Marinho de Araújo, who has been sending ADS-B data from the remote western reaches of Amazonas, Brazil, for about a year.

AirNav RadarBox recently installed the first ADS-B station in the heart of the Amazon rainforest, the first ADS-B station in this region, at the triple border between Brazil (Tabatinga), Colombia (Leticia), and Peru (Santa Rosa de Yavarí). Nalison Martins, born and raised in Tabatinga, is the featured ADS-B feeder of the month and is responsible for installing RadarBox's ADS-B station in Tabatinga.
