Embraer delivers the first E2 aircraft to the African continent

Air Peace, the largest airline in Nigeria and West Africa, today received its first E195-E2 aircraft. The plane will fly from Embraer's facilities in São José dos Campos, Brazil to join Air Peace's fleet in Nigeria.
Air Peace becomes the first customer in Africa to start operations with Embraer E2, the newest, efficient and comfortable aircraft in the segment. The airline is also the global customer launching Embraer's premium innovative seat design.
The jet delivered today is the first of 13 Embraer E195-E2 firm orders. However, Air Peace has an additional purchase right for 17 other aircraft.
